 We would like to welcome into Orthodoxy the newly illumined (baptized) servant of God baby Alexander Fominykh who was brought into the love and grace of God’s family through the Sacraments of Baptism & Chrismation on Saturday, September 28th, 2013. We pray that the Lord’s hand will guide him throughout his future years and keep him healthy and faithful in His ways and in His word and prayer. Many Years - Многая Лета! 
 After the conclusion of the Divine Liturgy on September 8, 2013, the parish rector Archpriest George Konyev, served a Moleben "For the Beginning of the School Year". All those gathered, prayed silently, asking for the Lord's Holy Blessing, to come upon them, and especially the students and teachers. At the conclusion, all venerated the Holy Gospel and Holy Cross, and then sprinkled with Holy Water.

We pray that the Lord’s hand will guide them throughout their future years and keep them healthy and faithful in His ways and in His word and prayer. Many Years — Многая Лета!
