On Sunday, January 19, 2014 - the great celebration of the Baptism of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ took place in Three Saints Church. Saturday night, January 18th, the service of the Grand Compline and Matins was held in which a multitude of worshipers came to church. At the end of Matins, Fr. George preformed the 1st Great Blessing of Water. On Sunday morning, the Festal Divine Liturgy was served by the parish clergy in honor of the feast. The church was filled completely, in which the majority of whom partook of the Holy Mysteries. After the Prayer before the Ambo, Fr. George preformed 2nd Great Blessing of Water. After his sermon, the faithful prayerfully partook of the blessed water, and brought it to their homes On Tuesday, January 7, 2014, Orthodox Christians on the Julian Calendar celebrate the Birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. A great multitude of faithful flocked to Three Saints Church, to lift up their prayers to the newborn Christ. Great Compline along with Matins was served the previous evening with the singing of the festal Canon. The Festal Divine Liturgy was served on Tuesday morning, with parishioners again filling the church. Most of the parishioners partook of the Holy Mysteries. Fr. George then censed the Icon of the Nativity with the singing of the Troparion and Kontakion.
