 We would like to welcome into Orthodoxy the newly illumined (baptized) baby Nicole Bykhovski who was brought into the love and grace of God’s family through the Sacraments of Baptism & Chrismation on Sunday the 17th of February. We pray that the Lord’s hand will guide her throughout her future years and keep her healthy and faithful in His ways and in His word and prayer. Many Years — Многая Лета!   On Friday, February 15, 2013 the Holy Church celebrated the Feast of the Meeting of the Lord. On Thursday, the evening before, the festal Vigil was served. The following day, the Divine Liturgy was celebrated by the Parish Clergy. After the Divine Liturgy, the ancient tradition of the Blessing of the Candles was served.
